"THE TRUTH IS..."
The search for the elusive birth certificate that would finally prove or disprove Barack Obama's eligibiity to be president of these great United States, continues. Now we have an election official in Hawaii who is willing to testify under oath that President Obama was not born in Hawaii. And we have an Egyptian official who has announced to the world that President Obama told him "in confidence" that he is a Muslim. No big surprise here - Obama has confessed that openly - several times - before American microphones - and still he is president. Congress continues to shovel and cast its Chicago-style slime at Americans in what is probably the most corrupt two years in American history. Without countering patriots to demand checks and balances the free passes roll on, and the blatant unabashed treasons continue... If I didn't believe Obama is a Divine judgment on this nation, to bring us to our knees before God, I would be more than livid, I would be a revolutionary. But I do believe he is a judgment, a tool of chastisement that God is using - and will continue to use - to bring this people back to Himself through the suffering, poverty, destruction and famine this one man is bringing to this nation and quite possibly to the world. He is a modern Antiochus Epiphanes, a type of the rising Hitler, he follows the spirit of anti-Christ, he is most definitely anti-American... Barack Obama is the giver of the curses that God warned us of in Genesis and Deuteronomy. The entire 20th century was handed over to Satan as a testing period for the Church and the Saints. There was a lot of fight in that century, as the Church fought to drive back the hordes of tempters that revolutionized the character of this nation and the character of the Church. Of course, most people would deny such a claim, and more than most would deny that there is a Satan. But that does not erase the fact that something or someone had come to steal, to kill and to destroy... As it was in the day of Job, the 20th century began with prosperity, then a world war, the first, that was so terrible it was called The Great War, believing there could never be another like it. This was followed by the roaring 20's, then the stock market crash, the Great Depression and the horrible winds of the dust bowl that overwhelmed the farming regions of the plains. As it was in the day of Job, Satan had stripped America's families of peace, and many of shelter and a decent meal. However, he could not strip Americans of their faith. That remained strong and it remained the one strength and hope we would cling to in spite of the hardships and the disappointments of the times. Then came World War Two, the war that brought us out of the depression but brought much pain and sorrow to a nation already suffering. We rose to a patriot call and it was the last war America has won. Korea and Viet Nam were never declared to be wars and they ended with treaties. Then in the early 60s a woman named Madeline Murray Ohare challenged the Supreme Court to remove prayer from the public schools. She was an atheist and we all laughed at her. There was no challenge against her for her petition was too ridiculous. Surely the Supreme Court would not even entertain such a thing. We were wrong. We had let our guard down when we laughed at evil, and evil opened the door and came in... That opened the door to 1973 when, again, the Supreme Court surprised us all by legalizing abortion. We can see here the footprints and the handprints of Satan as he moved this nation from one evil to another with our courts giving their utmost approval. The war against the Church turned aggressive as women in the 60s burned their bras in public, declared the feminest movement was on while the hippie movement evolved into the yippie movement in the 80s. The HIV virus became the plague of Biblical proportions that staggered the world while the steady declines in our nation's morals continued. While the Church continued to grow and fight its way through the maze of tempting compromises and challenges from the left, the fight for our families was on and we would sink or swim in these dark and murky waters. Compromise for the faithful was out of the question. Challenges were met and dealt with and many walked away from new tolerances and worldly gimmicks the Church would employ in the next decades to keep their flocks from leaving. And today, the same prosperity messages, the same "feel good" watered down messages, the same "pat on the back" assurances are leading people to hell in droves. A "feel-good" message will not convict you or bring you to repentance. It cannot lead you to Christ the suffering servant, or to the Cross where blood was shed for you. A prosperity message is not the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is a perverted Gospel that plays on your spiritual needs for Jesus, to make you give what you cannot afford to give to an evangelist who is getting rich on your ignorance. I know that is blunt, but there is no other way to truthfully say it. Terror of many faces and avenues threaten our nation. We are intimidated, coerced and bullied by those that defy God openly and decry the preaching of the true Gospel in our courts. While wickedness abounds in every corner of the land, the true Christian is forced to the sidelines of tolerance, trampled there and spit upon. We are invaded by foreigners who are determined to take over our land. They pour through our borders because no other nation in this world would allow such invasion, and because God has lifted His hand of protection. The gulf oil spill is a judgment. The floods, the winds, the tornadic activities - all judgments to awaken us to our need for God. And it is going to get worse. America is in the pot holes of the pit... And we weep for her... She struggles against her own salvation. She struggles against the only Savior that can save her. She struggles in the pot holes to free herself, but even if she emerges from the pot holes will she ascend to a new walk with God or will she plummet to the deeper pits - to her own destruction? There are no immediate answers. The Scriptures do not tell us what happens to America, only that Israel will have no friends in the end, meaning that America will probably be destroyed or conquered. Barack Obama will lead this nation to that end, or to the coming anti-Christ that is coming very soon now to take over the world. First will come a world crisis - then the anti-Christ will emerge as the new savior of the world. There is a hope we can reach for and cling to. It is not of this world so it is not born of wickedness or the greeds of mortal men. It is the hope born of the spirit of God, who indwells the believer, and keeps this hope alive. It is our hope in Christ, in His promise to return for His beloved bride, the remnant Church, and the resurrection of those saints that have gone on ahead of us. The wickedness of this world - and especially the wickedness that has invaded this once great Christian nation - ("as it was in the days of Noah") is proof enough that the Day of the Lord is upon us. The wickedness of men will continue through that day and through the Great Tribulation that is coming, but the bright note is the great harvest of souls that will come to Jesus - a harvest that John the Revelator was unable to number. Above all, we all need to draw closer to God and seek a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. We need more than assurances from others, we need assurances from the Holy Ghost that lives within. We need the confidence of the Holy Ghost - the "knowing" in our own hearts, the faith that moves mountains and raises the dead, we need the rock that is solid - the rock that is Jesus. And, as American Christians, praying for the deliverance of America, we need each other... Israel was 70 years in the old Babylon. We have been an American Babylon for 70 years - since August 1945... It is deliverance for America or it is the pot holes of the pit. Only Christian Americans can make that call. God will see, God will hear and God will give us what we earnestly pray and labor for. This is a patriot call for America and for the Kingdom of God in America... Joan Krempel
